Grace and Grit Girls (Ages 12–18)
Grace and Grit Girls is a space intentionally created for young women to grow strong—in body, mind, and spirit—during some of the most formative years of their lives. At House of Grace, we believe that what is built in these early years lays the foundation for a lifetime of health, confidence, and identity.
Through movement, consistency, and community, girls are invited to develop rhythms that support their physical well-being while also learning the value of discipline, resilience, and self-respect. Whether in Pilates, strength, or dance-based classes, each session is designed to meet them where they are and encourage steady growth over time.
Just as important as movement is the environment we cultivate. Grace and Grit Girls is rooted in encouragement, truth, and connection—offering a place where girls feel seen, supported, and uplifted. We believe in speaking life over this generation and reminding them of who they are and whose they are.
